Kader's Soulful/Deep/Afro House Podcast (Live Mixes)
This is me trying to entertain me, but hoping I entertain you at the same time...

I know I owe you a "house" mix, or something like that, but this is MY HOUSE!!! I am guided by the drum. So I give you some deepness, some afro, some tech, some funk, some hot shit. I'm interested to see how many of you make it all the way to the end... let me know how your journey went please with this one. Safe travels.
Please feel free to leave a comment.KAS Podcast #103

Greetings Podo’s, Here’s a little something while I run off on vacation!!!!
Stay Blessed and please do leave a comment below letting me know how you are. I miss you guys.
I’ve set it so that I have to approve comments because I was getting way too many adverts and weird shit. So don’t worry about the comment not showing up when you press enter, I’ll approve them as soon as I get back.
Music wise, this one flows “soulful” but off course with deep organic sensibilities. Lyrically strong and no instrumentals, although I do give you that instrumental mashup in the transitions. I begin and end with Luka/Sio Blackwidow combinations… you’re welcome.

So this one I had crafted to record live at a BBQ here in “sunny” Florida a few weeks ago, but that didn’t happen because a storm was passing by and people panicked, and then there were three of us, so it didn’t happen! Nevertheless, the word was out that it was going to be recorded and I was being asked about it so on a rainy day last weekend, I got her done.
Anyway, onward, track list:
1. Christian Vinci – Son Sol
REMIX CREDITS: Jose Marquez (3, 8, 9), Justin Imperiale (5, 14, 15), Hallex M (11, 12), Louie Vega (4), FNX (10).
So there you have it, something that should have come out at the beginning of summer, will instead extend your summer vibe.
Many thanks for stopping by and giving this a listen. Please take a second and let me know what you thought. And your thoughts for Belize please. We got hit hard.
Favorite track: Southern Groove – Sufre y Vive
Oh, and be warned, channel 2 was a little sticky and I had to mess with it a couple times, but decided to trod on.KAS - Podcast # 101

Greetings and good tidings.
Went on the tech side of things for this one, heavy on two producers in particular... &Me and Dennis Ferrer, the later who seems to be getting ready to drop something heavy for summer!
Anyway, have at it and let me know what you think please.
Wear decent headphones please!KAS - Podcast # 100

Blessed Love from Florida on this wet, wet, WET evening. I could not imagine any thing better to do on a day when going outside could almost be considered dangerous. So I committed to finally getting this one done, especially since Hanna Hais re-tweeted my comment about including her new track in a mix!!! PRESSURE!!! Awesome track it is too. Would have loved to use the Rocco Bonus banger but opted for the Underground flavor instead. Rinse this out loud... with decent headphones please.
Hope you like. I will attempt something different for the next mix... I am consumed by the drum right now.
Please drop me a comment and let me know what you think of this one. Please share... Spread our love of the drum. Blessed Love.
And yes, I previewed this one before I uploaded...

I do this one primarily for 3 people; Ochun Soy, Aeleen, and Edgardo.I have promised each a mix for years now but it was challenging compiling and getting this one right, not only in the track selection, but in the spiritual order of things as well. Thanks to Ochun Soy for the guidance and encouragement. I love this one... it feeds my appetite for the drum, and soothes my soul somehow. Very happy.
You will no doubt notice the adventurous cross overs. I had to in order to make this one work. But having said that, I do consider the cross over a track in its own right and I do enjoy them the most.
Once The Three have downloaded I will most likely delete. Unless of course if you all say you like it.

UPDATE: This is a good example of why I usually listen to my mixes for a few days before I post... I was too excited that I actually got a second one done this year and posted too quickly... I made some stupid rookie mistakes... but I guess that's evidence that these are cut live, and not edited or fixed.
Greetings PodO's, another humble offering to the discerning Republic.
You already know the routine, I start out slow, build it up a little, then try to bring you back down gently.
This one peaks around the transition from the Casamena/Alex treatment of Tracy Braithwaite's Smile and Klevakeys/Diamond Dancers' Tribal Vibrations... hope you can feel it.
I went heavy on Manoo too, 4 tracks in all, solid tracks!!! Was going to do a Manoo cd, but kept using the tracks in other mixes so now that's added to the line up of in-progress mixes.
Anyway... bless me with your thoughts.

Greetings Podo's, almost a year to the day, I give you my first humble offering for 2015. Dropped this one this morning in a friends studio, Respect John Skeng and Demus at Demawonda Studios for the good vibes.
Not going to get into it but I will say that I cannot get enough of the first track. From there it all goes according to plan for the most part. Do hope you enjoy.
It is good to be back.

This one was pieced together on Thanksgiving morning, while waiting for the kids to wake up... capturing my mood that morning.
More importantly, and some of you may not like this, it also shows my progression to things techy. While I cannot see myself heading towards the hard tech stuff, I am appreciating that more metallic sound, especially when it's complimented by dark sultry vocals that actually mean something. While I started out playing mostly soulful house, deep house has been dominant in my sets now, and I kind like it.
This one contains most of the "techy" type producers that have been grabbing my attention with their masterful productions: Ripperton, the Innervision crewe, Beanfield, Stimming, Deetron. Missing from this set is a Deetron (Thinking)from his latest album, and I'm quite upset that I forgot to add that one in while mixing it... There will be follow ups to this one so no biggie really.
01 - The Howling, Ry, Ame - Shortline (Frank Wiedemann Remix)
Not a favorites kinda guy as I've said before, but if I really have to rewind a track, it would have to be Ripperton's "At Peace"... LOVE that track.
Anyway, stay Blessed PodO's. Be well.
Please leave a comment letting me know what you think of the vibe...
Please also let me know if you have any suggestions for me to incorporate into my sets.... will do all I can do to accommodate.
I put these together primarily for the love of it, so that I have something to listen to in my journeys, and to share with my friends and family. I've formatted these mixes so that they fit nicely onto a single cd. Please leave a comment and let me know what you think.
So go ahead, click on FOLLOW, download, leave a comment, subscribe for future updates etc... most of all, enjoy.
